1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Miru, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Description of service
Miru is a meal planning application that:
- →Generates weekly meal plans based on your goals and biometric signals
- →Integrates with grocery services (Kroger) for one-tap cart population
- →Tracks pantry inventory to reduce food waste and lower grocery costs
- →Provides recipe guidance, cooking instructions, and step-by-step cooking mode
3. User accounts
- →You must be 13 or older to use Miru
- →You are responsible for your account and all activity that occurs under it
- →One account per person — accounts are not transferable
- →We use email OTP for sign-in — no password is stored on our servers
4. Subscription and billing
- →Free plan: Available forever with no credit card required
- →Premium: $9.99/month or $69.99/year (save 42%)
- →Trial: 14 days free, cancel anytime before the trial ends — no charge
- →Billing: Managed by Apple App Store via RevenueCat — we never see your payment details
- →Refunds: Within 7 days of first charge — email hello@miruwell.com
5. Health disclaimer
Miru is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The meal plans and biometric insights are for general wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- →Use Miru for commercial purposes without our written permission
- →Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- →Share your account credentials with others
- →Use the service in any way that could harm other users or Miru
- →Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to our API beyond normal app usage
7. Intellectual property
- →Miru owns all app content, design, code, and brand assets
- →Your personal data belongs to you — we are custodians, not owners
- →Recipe content in the app is licensed for personal use only
8. Limitation of liability
Miru is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
9. Changes to terms
We'll notify you of significant changes via email before they take effect. Continued use of Miru after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
